1. Fill out a repair request form.
2. Drop off your device at one of our drop off locations: (At the counter, please let the person know that you're dropping off a device for Laptops Restored. Your device will be properly stored until pick-up.)

We pick up from our drop off locations daily and will contact you as soon as we have the device in our office. Repairs take 1 to 7 days, and you can pay by PayPal or credit card over the phone once the repair is complete. We then drop off the device at the drop off location for you to pick up.

If you live outside of Tucson, please package the device securely and ship along with the repair request form to:

We will contact you as soon as we receive the device and give you pricing. We will only do the repair if it is approved by you. Otherwise, we will ship the device back and only charge our cost for return shipping. Once the repair is complete, we take payment by PayPal or credit card and ship the device back to you.
