Laptop Repair Lifetime Warranty Information

Our laptop repairs include a lifetime labor and parts warranty for the original owner. This means that if the same failure occurs again while you still own the laptop, you don't pay any repair labor or parts.

This warranty will cover 100% of labor and parts provided by Laptops Restored for repair labor identical to that which was originally performed. Warranty identifiers (i.e. warranty stickers) must be intact and unaltered and the item serial number must match our records. Accidental damage, or damage caused by abuse, neglect, or misuse will automatically void this warranty. Items sent for service which are tested and found not to be defective may be subject to a $30 testing fee.
